    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this discussion. Let me start by congratulating the Committee for the massive work it did. It has brought a huge Report on the management of our State corporations. I will not go into the details of each of the State corporations they have talked about. I am congratulating them because they have done something that I have never seen before. They have brought out the general weaknesses that are affecting the management of all of our State corporations. I think this is very commendable. This is because in the past, we have looked at each corporation and its problems. This is the first time I am seeing a Report giving generic problems which, if solved, all corporations will do well.
