    "content": "I would want to make reference to the recommendations we did. I was a Member of a Committee that visited Japan in the 11th Parliament to see the operations of some of their companies. We found some of them had infrastructure. The Auditor-General himself accompanied us and even in the 12th Parliament, the Auditor independently decided to go there because there were complaints against some companies which were awarded that work by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
