    "content": "There has been reference to the fact that there could have been Members of Parliament or even Ministers who rush to make speculative statements. Those who heard me when I was presenting my written text, I did appeal to all people, including Members of Parliament and other politicians, not to be tempted to make speculative statements. This matter is under investigation. This is not the time to point a figure at anybody or any organization because that could endanger the investigation process."
