    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, we want to humbly plead with you that this is a very important Statement that has been issued by the Senate Leader of Majority. The character and conduct of the Senate are on trial. You have heard what Governors have said. You have heard what the Cabinet Secretaries have said. The least that Members of this House can do is to show support and speak to the issues that have been canvassed by our leadership. Therefore, to offer an opportunity to the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader only and deny us the chance to prosecute our issues is not fair. We want to humbly plead with you that you kindly find it within your discretion to allow us, even if it is only three minutes per Senator to speak on this matter. This is because it is extremely important. Many of us are going to public functions over the weekend and the governors are telling people: “If there is no medicine in this hospital, kindly, ask your Senator. They have not provided the funding”. It is a very important issue."
