(Prof.) Kamar): I think I need to rule on this one, Senators, because from where I sit, a Speaker is only guided and in the guidance that we got from this Statement, the Statement was read under Standing Order No. 52 (2). A Statement under Standing Order No. 52 (2) has no debate. As I said, we do want to use Standing Order No. 1 at this stage because we know we are going to come back on Thursday to discuss our matters. I am informed that on Thursday, there will be a meeting for dialogue between the two groups, so that we see whether we can zero in. Hon.
