    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity just to add some points on the Statement by Sen. Halake. I think Kenya is one of the nations that are overly taxed. I was looking at the daily newspapers from last week and the number of people who are called ‘super rich’ in this country. They are only 40 Kenyans who are ‘super multi-billionaires.’ There are 2,900 who are in the next level. Looking at the percentage of the population of this country, we have only 3 per cent that you would call rich. The rest of Kenyans are struggling. It has been a big problem for most of us and most women who stand for the interest of women in this country, looking at green energy.
