    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I acknowledge that the Chair has changed its occupant. The resolution earlier today in the Senate Business Committee - which Senator Kang’ata and Sen. Dullo can confirm – is that because of the sheer number of these Statements, they should be read in terms of the title, tabled and referred to the Committees, so that we can go to further business. That was the resolution and Sen. Kang’ata can confirm. If we could effect that, we can go to some of the Bills that we have been waiting for, as well as those that are on the Order Paper. Maybe that can be confirmed to you by the Clerks-at-the-Table."
