    "content": "(i)explain why Kipchabo Tea Factory in Nandi County has breached its tea pricing contract with farmers and reduced the price of tea from Kshs30 per kilo to Kshs19 per kilo; (ii)state and provide the current prices being paid to farmers by all tea companies in Nandi County for tea producing supplied by farmers; (iii)state why the management of Kipchabo Tea Factory has not refunded farmers’ money deducted towards the supply of fertilizers as the company had earlier agreed with the farmers; (iv)state why Kipchabo Tea Factory has continued to deduct cess fee from farmers despite the company having not financed and/or participated in any Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in Nandi County; (v)provide information on the Corporate Social Responsibilities that the tea companies in Nandi County have engaged in targeting residents of the host county; (vi)state how much is collected from farmers by tea companies in Nandi County as cess fee; and, (vii)explain why the company made farmers to sign a contract whose contents they were not made aware of and in a language that they cannot best understand.
