The sugar taskforce report cannot be implemented in totality without a framework and the framework which we are pursuing in this House through the Sugar Bill... Hon. Washiali, I think you are a Member of this Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock. You and the Chair of the Committee, please, ensure that the report we have been waiting for, now for more than a year, is released to the House so that we can pursue legislation in form of the Sugar Bill. That way, we will cause a framework that will help reform the sugar industry. I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
