    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I also rise to thank the Chair for that very comprehensive Statement. The issue of cash transfer, as it is called, has a lot of issues especially during this pandemic season. For one, the list of the elderly and orphaned or vulnerable children to receive the money has not been updated for the last two or three years. We have talked about cleaning up the list. In my constituency, I have many people, including elderly persons who are over 70 years, who do not receive the money from the Government. Why? For the last three years, they have not been registered. We have people who have died and replacements have not been done. It is not timely. People die and have not been replaced and others have attained 70 years but have not been registered. Every day, we talk about these issues in the constituencies."
