You can know when the elderly are going to pick their money. They queue the whole day yet they do not get it. The MPESA money transfer needs to be done properly so that they do not need to travel all the way from Kongasis to town to receive the money. They spend Kshs1,000 and they do not eat only for them to get Kshs4,000 to go home with. It needs to be done very well."
