    "content": "On the issue of persons with disabilities, to support Hon. Dennitah Ghati, we have children and caregivers who have children with disabilities. I have families in my constituency somewhere called Karunga and Chokereria. The mother has three disabled children. She cannot go to work or go to get the money to feed those children. If you consider that you will only give the homesteads that are led by a person with disability, where do you leave these other ones? How do they take care of these persons with disabilities? How do they take care of these children? That criteria must be challenged. It should actually be focused on not only the breadwinners, but even the children and the caregivers of people with disabilities. That will make more sense. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
