We have a problem whereby there are people who are now almost 90 years old but have never been captured in the data. There are others who are already dead but their money comes in. The staff which the ministry uses to censor these people is so limited that it cannot cope with the volume of what is happening on the ground. The mode of enrolment should be changed. We need a committee which needs to be sitting and looking at each and every constituency and its needs...
