    "content": "Order, Leader of the Majority Party! I am speaking to the issue that you raised earlier. You tabled a response from the Attorney-General. The position is that you cannot introduce anything new to a Committee that has already concluded its investigation. When the Committee was proceeding, there was a chance to do that. Having said that, any Member who wants to produce anything to support his or her argument, as long as it is admissible, it is okay. However, it shall not, in any way, be part of the Report of the Committee because that is already concluded and closed."
