    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the KDF invaded the land and forcefully acquired it. Section 8 of the Land Acquisition Act 295 that is now repealed required that, where there was need for compulsory acquisition, the owners be compensated. That has not been done. In this case, one thing is clear. The KDF has become the biggest land grabbers in this country. In Isiolo County, which I represent, we have four camps and each camp is occupying over 2000 acres of land."
