"content": "Hon. Speaker, I totally agree with Hon. Gladys Wanga that we are given another opportunity so that we can see the numbers in our constituencies and counties. About two weeks ago, you ordered that for the benefit of the person who seeks a Statement, and for the benefit of the House, a Statement should be uploaded in the system so that anybody who wants to comment on any Statement can comment from a position of knowledge. Right now, we would not be fair to the Chairman because he has read only the highlights."
