    "content": " On a point of order, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I think you were a bit distracted. But you heard the Deputy Secretary-General of the Jubilee Party insinuating improper motive on me. That, the day he was seeking this Statement, I said he was bringing Jubilee politics. I cannot remember saying that, but even if I said it, he should have challenged me at that time to explain what I meant because now he is bringing it with an improper motive. He is trying to imply that I am opposing holding Government to account, which is something I cannot do. I am the Leader of the Minority Party. If the Jubilee Party can help my side in holding the Jubilee Government to account, how on earth would I reject that?"
