    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, I want to say that we need to internalise our role as Parliament. This House, under the Constitution 2010, provides leadership on very many issues: Budget-making process, oversight role and legislation. If we complain today, how about the millions of Kenyans who expect us to execute the oversight role? That is why I find this debate a bit misplaced. I know that Hon.
