"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance. At the outset, I appreciate the passion that the Mover and the Seconder have exhibited on this Bill. It is very serious and it touches the hearts of the Members of this House. I want to remind Members that by discussing this Bill, I do not know why we are feared. It should be known that the moment you are voted in there is a culture and tradition of voters starting to hate you. So, when we are here to discuss our pension all Members must be alive to this because it is contributory."
