Members to know that we are treading on a very dangerous ground by putting the annex between this good Bill with poverty facing some of the Members who were here. We are abusing the public direct. Let us use this Bill to directly address the constitutional aspects that were missing. Let us not discuss issues of poverty in relation to this Bill. We are creating a war between this House, the Senate and members of the public. Members of the public are listening to us."
