    "content": "We need to create an environment where social and health aspects are catered for in institutions that will even cater for Members of Parliament. If you are a Member of Parliament and you have retired, or you have lost an election, you are a member of the public. Why should you be treated in a special way? You are a member of the public. Three quarters of us do not retire from politics. We are just defeated in elections. Three quarters of MPs here go to an election to contest with intention of wining, but the mood out there becomes different and that is why you see MPs losing their seats."
