Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is another clean-up for consistency because what the published Bill says; “Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 2, the Cabinet Secretary shall with respect to credit guarantees extended to private borrowers who are micro, small or medium enterprises provide the information specified in Section 59 A (2) when Parliament makes a request” but the preceding clause speaks to, when any of the Houses of Parliament or either of the Houses of Parliament. So, we are just cleaning this clause so that it is consistent with the preceding clause."
