"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I have a problem with this particular law. I am happy the gracious Chair has been able to explain. However, I think there is very little safeguard in terms of the law that is suggested before us. If you go to parts (c), (d) and (e), it is actually so nebulous. This taxpayers’ money will be available to individual groups and companies. If there is no safeguard really, it is like throwing away good money and we need to really be seised of that matter.
