    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support the amendment considering the fact that it is going to favour people who are just freshly starting business, especially the women and youth. We have had situations where bureaucracy has always made the youth and women not to do very well in business. I just want to ask my colleagues to accept this amendment because it is going to give those start-up entrepreneurs an opportunity to grow their business and overall, the economy of the republic will grow. Therefore, I support the amendment. Thank you."
