    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment. You find that even with the passage of the law to guarantee that we give 30 per cent to the youth, women and people living with disability it has not been happening. It has proved to be a grey area when you ask ministries to account for the 30 per cent to see whether it has been given appropriately. So, this amendment is an improvement in the right direction. It goes further to explain that we must disaggregate and indicate the regions so that every region can benefit. That is the way we should move as a country. I thank you."
