Therefore, so many might not get an opportunity to get guarantees. So, when such a Bill is in place it will enable small and medium enterprises to access loans to revamp their businesses and participate in rebuilding the economy. Such a move will enable many people who have not invested so much get access to loans for capital. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
