"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. It seems the new Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, Hon. Gladys Wanga, has started on a high voltage. In fact, she has started with what we call economic recovery post COVID-19. This is because after COVID- 19 we will realise that so many SMEs will crumble but with such a guarantee that the Government will guarantee loans to the youth, persons with disability and women who traditionally do not have assets... Some of them do not have title deeds to be able to guarantee themselves loans. So, this is a nice idea."
