    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also thank the Committee and the Chair for bringing this amendment especially giving guarantee to these marginalised groups. What is killing our businesspeople in this country is lack of access to a cheap and accessible credit. This guarantee will enable them to access credit that can enable them to do business. So, this is a very good amendment. I support it."
