Chachu, I hope that your submissions on this Motion, with the concurrence of your Chair and Committee, will find its way to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of this House, so that an inquiry into those very serious assertions that you have made on this Floor can be properly investigated. If billions of shillings in the amounts that are detailed in this Report were allowed to fall into the cracks of incomplete Umaa and Badasa dams, then there must be Government agents who must be held to account."
