Speaker, I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government the following Question by Private Notice: (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of the increased cases of insecurity in Ainabkoi Constituency, particularly, in Kapsoya Ward, Ilula? This is where one Ibrahim Hussein Murgor of Passport Identification No. A17633002; the son of the late Charles Murgor; and Presidential Escort Commandant of the late 2nd President of the Republic of Kenya, the late President Moi was murdered on the night of Friday 24th July 2020. (ii) What steps is the Ministry taking to ensure security in Ainabkoi Constituency and further, investigate, arrest and prosecute the perpetrators responsible for the murder of Ibrahim Hussein Murgor?
