Speaker for giving me this opportunity to seek for a Statement regarding community conflicts in Olposimoru area and along the borders of Narok and Nakuru counties. Hon. Speaker, pursuant to Standing Orders 44 (2) (c), I seek to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security regarding community conflicts in Olposimoru area and along the borders of Narok and Nakuru counties. Hon. Speaker, there have been persistent fights and conflicts between the residents living in Olposimoru area and along the borders of Narok and Nakuru. The latest conflict was on Tuesday 28th July 2020 and tension has continued to date.
