    "content": "even 10 years because the process is so long and sometimes it is a deliberate strategy to deny those Kenyans identity cards. So, I really want the Chairperson to look at this issue critically. I know this is unique because of refugees’ status, but it is an issue even for other Kenyans. For instance, our children who are born in the hospitals here in Nairobi and originate from districts in Marsabit County are subjected to serious vetting and so much undue time is wasted for them to acquire identity cards. We should critically think about this and look for a solution to these Kenyans."
