    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Maybe before I read the second Statement, I wanted just to make a small clarity. The issue of the people who went to the camps, they went there because they were hungry and needed food, so they registered there. Now they have a problem to reregister and become Kenyans. That is the reason they do not have identity cards. Already in the last Budget, we provided a bit of money which would help Kenyans without identity cards to be issued with the same. So, I am sure if the process is followed, people will be given identity cards."
