    "content": "In addition to this, the Board of Trustees Commodities Fund ensures proper repayment plans are put in place for any loan advanced and proper securities placed by borrowers to guarantee the loans. We also recommended that the Board of Trustees in consultation with the parent Ministry and approval by the Cabinet Secrtary, National Treasury to consider writing off loans advanced to outgrowers that were inherited by Commodities Fund based on their low capability in accordance to Section 69 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012."
