    "content": "a way that they are able to export and utilise their livestock within their country. They use those resources to do other development projects in their country. They even have surplus. For a long time, the livestock industry has been forgotten in this country. We need to give the capacity and resources to the sector so that we can give the pastoralist communities the empowerment that they deserve. With those few remarks, I support the Committee’s Report."
