    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. As I reply to this Motion, I thank the honourable Members who have taken their time this evening to contribute to this important Report. I am also happy that the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock is also in the House because with the issues raised by the Members of the Committee, including the Majority Whip, he will have a lot of interest in this Fund.
