    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to avoid my question by answering what he knows and what he likes best? I know all the things he is saying about the environment. I know the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources is next to him and is whispering to him but I am asking; bearing in mind that there is the issue of catchment areas which is not properly regulated, could the Assistant Minister undertake to ensure that the Board does its job?"
