    "content": "Since 2015, a total of Ksh11.8 billion has been disbursed to 5226 public secondary schools across the country. The funds have covered national, extra-county, county and sub-county schools across all counties. However, the disbursement for 2019/2020 Financial Year was to be done in two tranches. The first tranche was disbursed in February 2020 but funding for the second tranche was not availed by the Exchequer. This disadvantages some regions which were set to benefit in the second tranche."
