    "content": "Therefore, a programme can be worked out to allow these two committees to meet physically so that the oversight function of the National Assembly is not compromised by COVID- 19. I just wanted to support the sentiments of Hon. Opiyo Wandayi. Finally, also as we progress, we are praying hard that the effects of COVID-19 come down. The Budget and Appropriations Committee will be considering Budget Estimates and it will not be practical to discuss them virtually. We hope to have a supplementary budget before we reach that point. Probably, we will have relaxed some of the rules when Kenyans start behaving better than they are doing today."
