We discovered this week that there were some amendments that were brought by the Ministry, dated 10th June, which did not make their way for consideration by the Committee for some reasons. It is 21 pages of write-up. We liaised with the Director of Committees and the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock. It is only fair that all those amendments from Members and Ministry be looked at within one holistic setting and be harmonised, so that we do not end up in the Committee of the whole House with a plethora of amendments that are at times contradicting."
