What should this country do to the managers of such funds who at the time of audit it is discovered that they never gave money to deserving groups and instead benefitted groups that do not fall in the category of SMEs? This is the question that we need to answer. The Leader of the Minority Party alluded to the fact that at times, if a Chairman of a board is in charge of such funds, he might favour people from his area. You are left to wonder whether much of marketing has been done in that particular area or what other explanation there is. So, apart from this House approving the Bill, we should ensure that we have stringent measures such that those in charge of such funds are compelled to leave office, if at all they are found to have cleared big companies with capacity to get direct funding from banks. So, we should also look into that. This is not the first kind of a fund that this House seeks to approve.
