I want to call upon the watchdog committees, the Special Funds Accounts Committee and the Public Accounts Committee (PAC); to ensure that all civil servants and state officers in-charge of such funds do not continue operating from the comfort of their offices, if these monies are found in the wrong hands. Otherwise, this will defeat the very purpose of what this House is doing."
