    "content": "Finally, we also hope that the Government is going to borrow from some of the development partners in this country who have been practising credit financing especially in the farming area. I am aware that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has been providing credit guarantees to banks so that they can lend to farmers. I hope this can continue. I support the Bill. This is a very important initiative."
