    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will need your response on my point of order. Therefore, I had to wait for you to finish the consultation. I have two issues. The first one is on the Communication that you have just made on the control of the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Are you satisfied that Sen. Linturi, Sen. Cheruiyot and Sen. Iman are properly seated? We will need your intervention on that. The second issue is that we cannot keep flip-flopping on this matter of the revenue formula. I had seen the Order Paper, and it did not have the Motion, but I am happy that it is now in the Supplementary Order Paper. However, in the Supplementary Order Paper, there are still two Motions, and we will need to get your guidance. The net effect of the two Motions is the same thing. There is the Motion by the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Budget and the Motion by Sen. Sakaja. These are two Motions and they are listed as two different items.
