    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order 105. The matter before the Senate this afternoon is serious. It is an emotive matter and the whole country is waiting to see how the Senate is going to determine and bring this matter to a close. It is in that spirit that we received the Order Paper with the amendments to this Motion that were proposed by Sen. Sakaja. As we were walking into the Chamber, I saw a further proposed amendment by Sen. Kang’ata."
