    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in this House, we are leaders and representatives of the people. You can see how eager we are to look for money for our counties. That is well and good. However, gentlemen, sit back and ask ourselves: Do we know how all of this money we are fighting for so hard in this House is utilized? We are told Kenya is losing about 30 per cent of its resources nationally to corruption. How much is being lost in the counties to corruption? Maybe, it is up to 80 per cent."
