    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I move my amendment to the Motion, I want to persuade my colleagues Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and Sen Olekina to withdraw their amendments. However, I beg to move the following amendment: - THAT the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop at the end and inserting the following words- ‘subject to the deletion of recommendation appearing as paragraph 26 of the Report and substituting therefor the following new recommendation- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
