It is a matter that is essentially in his docket because it is a matter on breach of security. Hon. Minister, you have taken note of all the weighty concerns of the representatives of Kenya who rose on this occasion. Given the fact that today the debate is on the Financial Bill and the Order Paper states, âNot Later Than 3.30 p.m.â the Chair directs that you issue your Ministerial Statement tomorrow morning."
