    "content": "I have received notification from several Senators that they intend to move amendments to the Motion. These amendments have been reviewed by the Parliament Budget Office (PBO) and the Office of the Clerk of the Senate and are appended to the Order Papers. As I indicated in my Communication during the Special Sitting held on 13th July, 2020, debate on the Motion at Order Nos.2 and 1 in the Order Papers shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with Part 12 on Motions and Part 17 on Rules of Debate of the Standing Orders."
