    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move: - THAT Clause 11 of the Bill be amended by- (a) deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (1) Every case of a child who falls pregnant in an institution of basic education shall be handled by the management of the institution of basic education in a manner that ensures confidentiality. and (b) deleting subclause 3."
